Shipping & Returns
Every piece in the Field Studies Sanctuary shop is printed after you order. Making each item to order honors the materials, reduces waste, and sends your purchase from our partner print facility straight to your door.

Production & Shipping
Your order enters production within a few days of purchase, and most orders take 2-7 business days to produce. Shipping begins after production, and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. We ship within the United States [and to many countries around the world]. Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by their country.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, the address stays as entered, so a quick review at checkout keeps your package on its way.

Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away at [your email]. Changes are possible only before production begins.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Lost Orders
We want every piece to arrive in beautiful condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if your tracking shows the package lost, email us at [your email] within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. Keeping the item is welcome, and a return shipment is unnecessary.

Sizing & Fit
Choosing your size with care helps your piece fit beautifully. Our Size Guide lists measurements for every item, and we invite you to compare them with a garment you already love. Each item is made just for you, so size exchanges and returns for change of mind are unavailable. Our Founding Mothers Project Hoodie and our other hoodies come with full measurements on the Size Guide page, and we are glad to help you choose by email before you order.
